Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Amber Luxury Venue. The entire celebration will be held at the same location.
The venue is conveniently located near King Phalo Airport (East London Airport). Guests are encouraged to fly into King Phalo Airport and arrange transport from there. You can easily organise a rental car or an e-hailing service for the trip to the venue.
We recommend booking accommodation in Kidds Beach, which is closest to the venue.
If you choose to stay in East London or further, please note that travel time is at least 40 minutes from the East London CBD, depending on traffic.
The ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM. Guests are kindly requested to be seated by 10:30 AM.
Unfortunately, this will be an adults-only celebration, so children will not be permitted at the venue.
Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, only guests listed on the invitation will be permitted to attend. We kindly ask that you respect this when confirming your RSVP.
Our theme is Colours of Harvest. Guests are encouraged to dress in warm, earthy tones inspired by the harvest palette. Formal or semi-formal attire is recommended.
Yes, parking will be available at the venue for guests.
Some of the roads in the area are not in the best condition, so please allow extra travel time, leave early, and drive carefully when making your way to the venue.
Yes, there is mobile signal available at the venue.
Guests are responsible for organising their own transport to and from the venue. Rental cars and e-hailing services are available from the airport and surrounding areas.
Yes. Please indicate any dietary requirements when submitting your RSVP so we can accommodate you.
Kindly RSVP by the requested date on your invitation so we can finalise catering and seating arrangements.
We kindly ask guests to keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and our photographer can capture the special moments. Guests are welcome to use their phones and take photos during the canapé session and the wedding reception.
As the venue is near the coast, it can be breezy at times. Guests may wish to bring a light jacket, especially for later in the day.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. However, if you would like to contribute to our future together, details will be shared closer to the date.
